Policy Overview
All sales are final after the SEO audit report has been generated and delivered.
Once you purchase and receive your SEO Audit Pro report (Regular or Deep tier), the transaction is complete and non-refundable. This policy ensures the integrity of our digital product delivery while providing protection for technical issues outside your control.
Digital service. Results delivered immediately after analysis begins. No refunds after processing starts.
This service provides analysis and recommendations. It does not guarantee search rankings or traffic increases.
Non-Refundable Purchases
The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:
- Dissatisfaction with audit findings - All data is accurate based on the URL scan performed. SEO audits may reveal issues you were unaware of, but the report reflects actual site conditions.
- Change of mind after receiving report - Once the report is generated and delivered, the service has been provided in full.
- Promo code discounts - Promotional discounts (including FIRSTDEEP10) are final and non-refundable.
- Unused portions of multi-tier purchases - If you purchase the Deep tier but don't use all features, partial refunds are not available.
- Duplicate self-initiated purchases - Multiple intentional purchases of the same service are not refundable (see exceptions below for accidental duplicates).
Refund Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
1. Technical Failures Preventing Report Delivery
If a technical issue on our end prevents you from receiving your paid report after successful payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Examples include:
- Payment processed but no report generated
- System error preventing PDF export after payment
- Corrupted or incomplete report data
2. Duplicate Charges
Accidental duplicate charges will be credited within 5-7 business days. You must provide:
- Stripe transaction IDs for both charges
- Proof of duplicate billing (e.g., bank statement)
- Email used for purchase
3. Service Outages During Paid Scan
If our service experiences an outage during your paid scan that prevents completion, you are eligible for:
- Full refund, OR
- Re-run of the audit at no additional charge
4. Payment Processing Errors
If you were charged but Stripe payment confirmation did not properly trigger report unlock, contact us immediately with:
- Stripe payment confirmation email
- Order/Transaction ID
- Screenshot showing payment success but no report access
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, follow these steps:

Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
Stripe Dispute Handling
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through Stripe/your bank, we will provide the following documentation:
- Proof of report delivery (timestamp, audit data, PDF generation log)
- Evidence of service completion
- This refund policy as agreed to during purchase
Disputes are handled according to Stripe's Terms of Service. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and inability to use our services in the future.
